At PixelPlayWear, every item is unique. We do not hold inventory; instead, each product is printed and created specifically for you after you place an order.
1. Order Processing (Fulfillment) Time
Since our products are made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Standard Fulfillment: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create and inspect your products.

This time is in addition to the shipping time selected at checkout.
2. Shipping Times
Once your order is fulfilled, it will be handed over to the carrier. Average shipping times are:

United States: 3–6 business days

International: 10–20 business days

Note: Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Holidays and weather may cause delays.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Rates are based on the weight of the items and your location.
4. Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Multiple Packages (Split Shipments)
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may be split into multiple shipments. If you order different types of products (e.g., a mug and a t-shirt), they may be shipped from different fulfillment centers. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
6. International Shipping & Customs
We ship internationally. However, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

PixelPlayWear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
PixelPlayWear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However, if the package is lost in transit by the carrier (and tracking does not show "Delivered"), please contact us at sales@pixelplaywear.com so we can assist you with our fulfillment partner.
