Return and Refund Policy
Last updated: December 12, 2025
At Pixel Play Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unworn or unused
With tags still attached
In its original packaging
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels. The cost of return shipping is non-refundable.
4. No Restocking Fees
We value your business and want to make returns as straightforward as possible. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Currently, we do not have any "Final Sale" items; all standard products are eligible for return within the 30-day window, provided they meet the condition requirements listed above.
6. How to Start a Return
To start a return, access our self-serve return portal here:
https://account.pixelplaywear.com
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [e.g., 10 business days].
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
8. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
